Update to An Autopsy of the New World Order
An autopsy is a written report that explains what caused a person’s death. Two visions in the Book of Revelation give such a written report about the death of the New World Order.
Introduction
Just before Jesus ascended into the clouds, He told His disciples that He had much more to tell them:
John 16:12 (CHV) I have yet many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now.
Many have not made the connection, but if John was around the age of 25 at the time of Christ, as some claim he was, then he was around 90 years old when Jesus visited him in a vision on the Island of Patmos around 95 A.D., to reveal those things to him that they were not able to bear at the time.
In that visitation with John, Jesus tells us through the visions of the Trumpets and the Vials, that He is going to establish His glorious kingdom, during the Day of the Lord in the last days, by using His Church to end the New World Order before He actually returns at His Second Coming.
This is what Jesus thought was not necessary for them to know at the time.
Second edition
I have added an overview to an article that I posted on October 22, 2022, and made some clarifying changes.
It explores a Christian prophetic interpretation of current global events, framed through Scripture—especially the Book of Revelation. It asserts that what many see as global chaos is actually the demolition phase of satan’s kingdom, a necessary prelude to God’s remodeling of the world.
I offer a hopeful yet confrontational theological vision. Current global instability is not the sign of evil triumphing but of its downfall. The Church is not to wait passively for escape, but to understand its victorious role, and that they have a part to play, in God’s end-time plan.
Overview
The Present Age: Demolition Phase
Many in the Church are confused, believing God is punishing the world, when in fact satan is deceiving them.
What appears to be satan’s growing power is instead the beginning of his kingdom’s collapse.
The current tribulation is not God’s judgment, but the wrath of Satan; symbolized by the seven trumpets in the Book of Revelation.
God’s Blueprint: Vials of Wrath
The "demolition" begins with the vials of God's wrath (Revelation 16), a sequential set of judgments poured out by God upon satan’s world system, not humanity at large.
These judgments are described like an autopsy on satan’s fallen empire.
The plagues symbolize:
Physical suffering of the wicked aligned with the Beast.
Destruction of their deceptive media and false sources of knowledge.
Scorching them with the truth
Isolating them.
Final gathering for battle (Armageddon).
Jesus returns to finish the battle with them Himself.
He separates the sheep from the goats in preparation for the Millennium.
Reinterpreting the Rapture and End Times
According to the parable of the wheat and tares (Mt 13:24-30), I challenge conventional rapture theology by arguing that it is the wicked—not the righteous— who are taken.
What the Bible actually teaches is that the Church is not destined for escape, but will remain here on earth during the tribulation, to fulfill God’s prophetic Word of victory through them.
This constitutes the transition to the Millennium.
The Role of the Glorious Church
God is raising a remnant Church, not confined to denominations, to participate in His final victory.
The Church is destined to be victorious, not passive or defeated.
It will help establish God’s Kingdom on Earth even while Satan’s kingdom collapses.
Cultural Critique and Spiritual Warning
Popular culture (e.g., movies glorifying immorality or supernatural powers) is desensitizing humanity and infiltrating the Church.
I liken this influence to the "frogs" in Revelation—devilish deception disguised as miraculous wonder.
Final Battle: Armageddon
Satan is drawing himself onto the final battlefield where God is waiting to defeat him.
The Battle of Armageddon, triggered by the 7th vial, marks the final overthrow of his kingdom.
This will cause systemic collapse of corrupt influence over world institutions and governance.
Prophetic Encouragement
Believers are encouraged to stop relying on political or institutional solutions.
Instead, they should trust God’s plan, stay faithful, and understand that His judgment is already in motion.
The article closes with exhortation to remain in faith and hope, knowing that God will act, just as He did in Egypt.
I want to thank each and every reader who appreciates my articles enough to subscribe. I am humbled, and simply want to say thank you for reading my Substack.
Please note
I usually quote the King James Version of the Bible but I often change the verses to one degree or another. Some examples are, taking out the thees and thous or changing the phrase them which to those who.
I have done it so often that I decided to warn my readers by identifying that it is my own paraphrase by including (CHV) instead of (KJV) after the Bible reference. That way, if you want to, you can check to see what has been changed.
As always, my goal in all my articles is not just to tell you what I think, but to give you enough information so that you can make up your own mind.
Listening to a well known preacher
On 4th of July, 2021, a well known preacher held a meeting at the Grand Old Opry in Nashville, Tennessee.
He said, 4500 people attended and they turned away 20,000 who wanted to come. They were expecting God to do something very quickly at that meeting.
He went on to say, Since then, as time has gone on, it looks like the enemy is winning and we are beginning to wonder, God, what are you up to? The only thing left that will change this world right now is a Glorious Church. How are you going to have a glorious Church in the last days? How will the glory of the latter house be greater than the former? How will all the miracles that everyone is talking about, going to happen? How will all the prophecies be fulfilled that we have heard about? How are you going to do all these things?
He then commented, It seems like the enemy’s agenda is really beginning to take root across the earth and we are amazed at how fast it has happened. All wars, including both world wars, were restricted geographically to where they were fought, but in all the history of mankind, we have never seen anything that geographically affected the entire earth all at once like what we have seen in the last two years. As we look at the world, it’s hard to find hope anywhere outside of the Church and it seems like we are running out of time.
He then went on to say: I know that something is coming that will change the world, but now I just don’t know how God is going to do it. But whatever He does, it will not be restricted to any man’s ministry. God is calling to a remnant across the entire planet right now and He is not concerned about how pure the movements or denominations are that they come from, He is concerned about their hearts.”
He further commented: No one will be able to take credit for what God is about to do. When we get to heaven, we are going to find out that Jesus had a lot more sons than we had brothers. What God is going to do won’t be limited to one man’s ministry or to any movement.
He concluded with: I’m not saying don’t vote in the midterm election, but don’t look to that for your deliverer. It might get worse before it gets better. I can’t tell you how God is going to do it, I wish I could, but the Day of the Lord is coming upon the wicked. I cannot describe to you what that victory will look like, but the Church is not leaving here without being victorious.
So, can we know how God is going to do it?
I understand why my brother in Christ said those words at the Grand Old Opry, but I am writing this article because I believe that, in the Book of Revelation, through the vision of the Trumpets and the Vials, that Jesus, in fact, has revealed how He is going to do it.
Before I begin however, I want to start with an experience that I had some years ago, while teaching at a middle school here in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The district began to remodel our library and it lasted for almost a year. The demolition part of the project was was dirty, noisy, and chaotic and when you looked in, you had to wear a hard hat. They had removed all the interior walls and the floor covering and the ceiling were also gone; all that was left was a shell. There was no way you could picture the remodel by just looking at what they were doing. You really couldn’t tell what it would look like without the blueprint.
Most people in the Church today are very discouraged at what they see happening to our world. The present circumstances and events that are occurring seem insurmountable. They know that God has a plan in the future to fix our planet, but in the mean time, it feels to them like we are stuck. They believe that we will have to wait for the Second Coming of Christ for a change that we desperately need right now.
Jesus knew what the conditions would be in these last days:
2 Timothy 3:1-5 (CHV) Know this also, that in the last days perilous times will come. For men will be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, truce breakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, high minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
He knew the affect that this would have on us:
Matthew 24:10-12 (CHV) And then many will be offended, and will betray and hate one another. And many false prophets will rise who will deceive many. And because lawless wickedness will abound, the love of many will wax cold.
He knew that satan would spend the next 2,000 years, preparing to trigger these circumstances in the last days, and the affect it would have on His Church. He knew that we would need a blueprint to show us the way through it.
For those with the eyes to see it, Jesus gave such a blueprint to John on the Island of Patmos. We read about it in the Book of Revelation under the blowing of the seven trumpets and the pouring out of the seven vials of God’s wrath. These two visions are like that blueprint that we needed for our school library to imagine what it might look like after the demolition.
They reveal that in the last days, Jesus will victoriously fight a final battle through us that will see a Harvest of souls here on earth. He will use His Church in this battle, as the demolition crew, to demolish the New World Order. And God will use this to prepare the way for the Second Return of His son Jesus, to the earth.
These two visions point us to what the prophets of the Old Testament called the Day of the Lord. The Day of the Lord is the demolition of satan’s kingdom, and the Millennium is the remodeled kingdom of Christ here on earth, that follows.
The autopsy report
The report reveals the sequence and timing of what is going to happen and how God is going to do it. This is a blueprint that most people don’t even realize exists. Though the present circumstances and events seem like satan is winning his battle over our world, what is really happening is the implosion of his kingdom. The demolition is already underway and it is preparing the way for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.
I do believe in the Rapture but I disagree about who will be taken. According to Jesus, the Rapture is the removal of the wicked from our world, not the righteous (parable of the wheat and the tares - Matthew 13:24-30) and this is what takes place to prepare the way for a great Harvest (Rev 14:14-20). Contrary to the modern belief that the Church is gone during this battle, we are here and are the reason for the removal of the wicked from the earth.
This harvest begins with the 7th Trumpet (Rev 11:14-15) and is called the 3rd woe (Rev 8:13). The word “woe” is used because the Church will have to confront an enraged satan who knows that his time is short (Rev 12:12). ThisLike all battles, there will be woeful losses on both sides.
So, let’s take a look at this blueprint.
Many charts have been made about the end times that have made it difficult to get a clear picture of all the prophecies about it. So, as I studied them, I had to make charts of my own to keep my thinking straight. During the process, I have had to edit them constantly to adjust what I was finding. What I discovered is that the prophecies about the last days are scattered throughout the Bible, like a mosaic, and I had to pull the pieces together to form an accurate picture.
As I continued the process, especially in the Book of Revelation, my understanding of what I was seeing began to come into focus. The following chart about the Church is an example of what I discovered.
Begin with a chart
Looking at the chart, notice that the Day of the Lord is part of the Church age but occurs during the final two eras. (The Day of the Lord labelled in blue ink.)
(You of course can’t see the charts in this presentation if you are listening to this post by audio)
The first half of the Day of the Lord is the Tribulation Era
It is represented by the 7 trumpets (Rev 8:1-11:19). Contrary to what most people believe, the tribulation era is not the wrath of God. That comes after the tribulation during the plagues era or the pouring out of the vials of God’s wrath. As such, the 7 trumpets represent the wrath of satan, not the wrath of God. We are currently in this tribulation era and what we are experiencing now is not the judgement of of God, it is the wrath of satan. He is like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour because he knows that his time is short. During this time, he is trying to inspire as many people as he can to shake their fist at heaven by convincing them that what they are experiencing is being caused by God’s judgement. True to his character, he is blaming God for what he is doing. It’s a lie! When confronted with the tribulation of this world today, so many people in the Church are asking, what is God trying to teach me? They are asking the wrong question. What they should be asking is what is satan trying to teach them.
During this era, he is using his kingdom for two purposes: 1) To pour out his wrath on humanity and 2) To an attempt to take control of the entire world.
Malachi prophesied what God had to say about this era:
Malachi 4:1-3 (CHV) For, behold, the day comes, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that comes shall burn them up, says the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. But to you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and you shall go out leaping like calves from the stall. And you shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, says the LORD of hosts.
One example of stubble occurred recently:
(September 2, 2022) The CFO of Bed, Bath, and Beyond jumped to his death from the 18 floor of a Manhattan skyscraper while his wife was in the other room of their apartment. It happened just two days after the stock market value plummeted when the company announced a restructuring plan to close 150 of its roughly 900 stores and lay off 20 percent of its employees. Before this, he had been named in an August 23rd lawsuit accusing him of profiting from a previous insider “pump and dump” scheme to inflate the company's stock price. For example, after cashing in over one million dollars of his shares at an artificially inflated price of $30 a share, his stock plummeted to just $9 a share after the company announcement. He still owned over six million dollars in remaining stock but it was now worth 70% less.
The second half of the Day of the Lord is the Plagues Era
It is represented by the 7 vials of God’s wrath (Rev 16:1-21).
The vials are called plagues:
Revelation 15:8 (KJV) And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.
In this verse, God is saying that when He brings judgement to satan’s kingdom, He will pour out plagues on it. These plagues reveal the progressive sequence of what will happen. During this time, God’s wrath will come directly from Him and not through human agency.
It will begin on an unusual day:
Zechariah 14:6-8 (CHV) And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark: But it shall be one day that shall be known to the Lord, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light. And it shall be in that day that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem (Father’s House); half of them toward the former sea and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be. And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.
Isaiah prophesied about it:
Isaiah 13:6-8 (CHV) Howl, for the day of the Lord is at hand and it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty. Therefore shall all hands be faint, and every man's heart shall melt. And they shall be afraid; pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman that travails. They shall be amazed one at another; their faces shall be as flames. Behold, the day of the Lord comes, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners out of it.
During the second half, momentum now begins to shift. God now begins to pour out His wrath and everything that satan has been doing to the world will now flip and begin to happen to his beloved One-World Order.
When this happens, the wrath of God will only fall on satan’s kingdom:
Revelation 16:2 (CHV) And the angel first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a festering and painful sore upon the men who had the mark of the beast, and upon those who worshipped his image.
The wrath of God has already been fully satisfied for those who are in Christ. They are not the ones who will suffer God’s judgement. They are the ones who will be delivered out of the bondage of the last days. God’s wrath will destroy the works of satan, not them.
God will have a glorious Church in the last days
Even though satan is marauding through the world today, it is now (not in the future) that God will establish His Church.
In the last days:
Micah 4:1 (CHV) But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains and it shall be exalted above the hills and people shall flow to it.
This will begin even while satan is attempting to take over the world:
Daniel 2:44 (CHV) And in the days of these kings (of the New World Order) the God of heaven will establish a kingdom, that shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom will not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.
John saw the same thing in his vision on Patmos:
Revelation 17:12-14 (CHV) And the ten horns that you saw are ten kings, who have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength to the beast. These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.
Zechariah also gives a prophecy about the Church at this time:
Zechariah 9:14-17 (CHV) And the LORD shall be seen over them, and his arrow shall go forth as the lightning. The Lord GOD shall blow the trumpet, and shall go with whirlwinds of the south. The LORD of hosts shall defend them; and they shall devour, and subdue with sling stones; and they shall drink, and make a noise as through wine; and they shall be filled like bowls, and as the corners of the altar. And the LORD their God shall save them in that day as the flock of his people: for they shall be as the stones of a crown, lifted up as an ensign upon his land. For how great is his goodness, and how great is his beauty! Corn shall make the young men cheerful, and new wine the maids.
As we are about to see that, what satan is doing today will literally force him onto the final battlefield here on earth where he will be defeated and locked into the Bottomless Pit for a thousand years. The 7 Plagues of God’s wrath shows us what He is going to do to him during this time. This is the blueprint that tells us that God is going to have a glorious Church in the last days.
The seven plagues
Up till now, the battle has been between the devil and God through His Church, during the Tribulation Era. But without the aid of human agency, God will open a second front in the war, during the Plagues Era, that satan will now have to fight directly with Him. These 7 Plagues explain what God is going to do to him when this happens.
Chart of the seven plagues:
Let’s break down the first six plagues
During the first three plagues:
God will now bring judgement on the New World Order for poisoning the truth (Wormwood) during the Tribulation Era.
1st plague, God is going to bring physical suffering upon those whom satan has been using in his kingdom:
Revelation 16:2 (CHV) And the angel first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a festering and painful sore upon the men who had the mark of the beast, and upon those who worshipped his image.
2nd plague, He is going to judge the source of their lies and bring death upon them instead of their victims:
Revelation 16:3 (CHV) And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.
The sea represents the source of corrupted lies that satan’s servants propagated to bring death to the truth during the tribulation era. Now, because of God’s judgement, the same source will now cause them to die.
3rd plague, deception will no longer flow through the earth (Rev 6:4-7):
Revelation 16:4 (CHV) And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters and they became blood.
The rivers and fountains of waters represent all the ways the lies brought death through those in the media who distributed them from the source, only now those ways will also bring death to them.
During the next three plagues:
God will now bring darkness on the New World Order for poisoning the reality of the world during the Tribulation Era.
4th plague, they will be tormented with the truth (Re 16:8-9):
Revelation 16:8 (CHV) And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given to him to scorch men with fire.
The lies they passed off as the light (their sun) during the Tribulation Era , will now become the truth that will scorch them.
5th plague, they will be cut off and isolated (Re 16:10-11):
Revelation 16:10 (CHV) And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain.
Like the Borg, they will be cutoff from the collective.
6th plague, they will be gathered to the final battle:
Revelation 16:12,16 (CHV) And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and its water was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared…And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
The 7th plague is the Battle of Armageddon
There is something very strange about this plague that occurs just before it begins.
Revelation 16:13-14 (CHV) And I saw three unclean spirits, like frogs, come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, that go forth to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. (This reminds me of Moses’ encounter with the magicians of Egypt)
The dragon represents satan and the beast today represents his antichrist spirit working through government and the false prophet represents the antichrist spirit working through the media. Together, these three will call all the kings of the whole world to a last stand battle.
The frogs are spirits of devils working miracles
The mind immediately thinks of literal miracles, but perhaps this is describing something more subtle. One doesn’t have to look very far to notice the incredible miraculous things that humans are doing, as portrayed through television, commercials, and the movies.
We are living in a virtual world now where our heroes possess super human abilities.
We can fly, we can swing through the air from building to building on a spiders tether. We can fight and win in battles against alien forces with super human abilities. We can even be invisible if we cover ourselves with a magical cloak or put on the ring of power.
Such things are alluring to watch and very popular and they are having an ominous affect on the Church. Our social conversations about them often begin with, Have you seen the latest Harry Potter movie, OMG! or Have you been watching a certain tv series, OMG! In fact, most can quote memorable lines from these better than they can quote their own Bibles. Even though we know that humans can’t fly or do these things, it has captured the attention of the entire world.
Truly, the antichrist spirit of the false prophet, working through the media today, has managed to invade the imagination of humanity with the miraculous. Our underbelly is on display in most movies now and even though it is usually portrayed in the end as good triumphing over evil, it has filled our imaginations with the images. The four letter words and gender confusion has had a stunning affect on society, let alone sex outside of marriage, images of murder, lying, character assassination, and betrayal.
Many of the movies in our past, like Rocky for example, portrayed the underdog as good and honest; winning against all odds. But today, R rated movies are now portraying immoral liars and criminals as the underdog and we find ourselves not only watching them, but actually rooting for them because of the odds they are fighting. What has happened to us? Even witchcraft and satanism has begun to appear in both television and at the theaters. How has it come this far?
Perhaps devils working miracles is already in our midst and we just didn’t realize what the fulfillment of that prophecy was really talking about.
The reference to the temple in another scripture may also be more subtle than we have realized:
2 Thessalonians 2:4 (CHV) Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sits in the temple of God (the Church), showing himself that he is God (in their imaginations).
I think that most of us believe that satan could do this to unbelievers, but I don’t think that most believe that he could do it to the Church. But it is only the truth that we know that will set us free. Mark Twain once said that It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled. Another sage said that there are two ways to be fooled, one is to believe a lie but the other is to refuse to believe the truth.
The frogs invaded everywhere under God’s second plague in Egypt
Exodus 8:2-4 (CHV) If you refuse to let them go, behold, I will strike all your borders with frogs: And the river shall bring forth frogs abundantly, that will go up and come into your house, and into your bedchamber, and upon your bed, and into the house of your servants, and upon your people, and into your ovens, and into your kneading troughs: And the frogs shall come up both on you, and upon your people, and upon all your servants.
If the frogs from the streams, the rivers, and the ponds of Egypt were used by God to free the slaves of Egypt, here they symbolize satan’s final attempt to stop God from freeing the slaves from the New World Order.
Notice, God is not the one making this happen
The limitations of satan’s kingdom are systemic. He is forced to work through the brick and mortar institutions of our world. The kings over them are losing control. They can simply no longer make all the pieces fit together. Competition between world powers is now at a breaking point. Because of this, the spirits of miracle working devils are gathering the kings of the earth to battle and satan wants the world to believe that God is no where to be found. What is really happening is that they are being forced onto the final battle field where God is waiting. Whatever else is happening, right now the kings of the earth are being moved into a final position.
Chart of the 7th plague
This plague is the only one of the 7 plagues that has five interludes. We need to take special note of this.
If we want to know what an interlude represents, we need to ask ourselves where it appears in the Book of Revelation. We need to ask, why here?
These five interludes appear here, in the book, at the Battle of Armageddon, to amplify what is happening at that time. God knew that deception on the earth would be almost absolute at this time and that we would need this revelation. What He is describing has not happened since Israel was delivered out of Egypt.
God knew that He would be activating a much bigger deliverance today than what happened in Egypt. He knew that we would need help in seeing it.
Before we look at these five interludes however, let’s look at how God describes this battle.
Revelation 16:16-21 (CHV) And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon. And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great. And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give to her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath. And every island fled away and the mountains were not found. And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.
It is done means that this battle with the New World Order will be the last battle that is fought here on earth with satan’s kingdom. This concludes all the centuries since Jesus spoke the words from the cross, It is finished.
Great voice with thunderings and lightening means that this is a great revelation that will be impossible to ignore.
A great earthquake means that it will shake everything:
Haggai 2:21-22 (KJV) I will shake the heavens and the earth; And I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms, and I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the heathen.
Every island fled away and the mountains were not found
Mountains are world influencing entities and islands are their subsidiaries. World power centers and what they influence around the world finally lose their authority during this battle. They continue to exist but unrighteous control over them has been removed. Because of this, unjust ruling from the Supreme Court and Congress will end. The Executive Branch of government will no longer look like it does today. Leadership at major universities, corporations, and financial institutions will change. Government agencies, scientific labs, and spy agencies will no longer function as they did. Most importantly, we will no longer have to endure dishonest leaders in the media.
Great hail fell out of heaven
Hail is the judgement of God. There is a reason why they are so angry:
Psalms 2:1-3 (CHV) Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands apart, and cast away their cords from us.
Unrepentant men haven’t been held accountable for a long time and they believe that God is no where to be found:
Psalms 10:9-11 (CHV) He lies in wait secretly as a lion in his den: he lies in wait to catch the poor: he catches the poor, when he draws him into his net. He crouches, and humbles himself, that the poor may be caught off guard by his strong ones. He has said in his heart, God has forgotten: he hides his face; he will never see it.
Little difference for many religious leaders today:
Micah 3:9-12 (CHV) Hear this, I pray you, you heads of the house of Jacob, and princes of the house of Israel, that abhor judgment, and pervert all equity. They build up Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with iniquity. Their heads judge for reward, and their priests teach for hire, and their prophets divine for money: and they lean upon the Lord, and say, Is not the Lord among us? No evil can come upon us. Therefore shall Zion (Religion ) for your sake be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest.
We can especially see the fruit of their arrogance in our country
Article from USA TODAY, April, 2021 Jason Johnson is the former deputy police commissioner for Baltimore (2016-18) and the president of the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund.
He makes a number of observations about what is happening to our country.
Increase in the crime rates:
Even the most dedicated officers who now face a greater risk of being sued, fired or prosecuted for doing their job feel pressure to pull back.
The message from a new wave of progressive prosecutors is clear: making arrests for drug and weapons crimes that will go unprosecuted, exposes officers to the risk of disciplinary action, lawsuits and criminal prosecution. To mitigate that risk, police take a more passive approach. Last year, the United States tallied more than 20,000 murders; the highest total since 1995 and 4,000 more than in 2019. Preliminary FBI data for 2020 points to a 25% surge in murders; the largest single year increase since the agency began publishing uniform data in 1960.
He gives examples:
After the George Floyd protests started in New York City, the New York Police Department logged 45,000 fewer arrests from June to December; a 38% decline while the Big Apple added more than 100 additional homicides (a 58% increase).
From June through the end of this February, Chicago’s police made 31,000 fewer arrests — a 53% decline as murders rose 65%. In Louisville, where massive unrest included the shooting of two police officers during a protest, homicides jumped 87% as the police made 35% fewer vehicle stops since June while arrests plummeted 42% during summer months compared with 2019.
Already bloody St. Louis hit a 50-year homicide high, a rate of 87 per 100,000 residents; a rate three times higher than Mexico and Central America. As Milwaukee announced slashing 120 officers from its police force, the city saw a 98% increase in killings.
Over the summer, Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler defunded the Portland Police Bureau by $12 million and eliminated three police units. As chaos engulfed the city, shootings went up 173% and murders jumped an astounding 255%.
Psychopathic leaders
Lawlessness increases when psychopathic leaders believe that their secrets are hidden even from God.
David described them:
Psalms 64:4-6 (CHV) They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they plan how to lay snares in secret; they say, Who shall see them? They search out sin; they accomplish a diligent search: both the inward thought of every one of them, and the heart, is deep.
In its extreme, criminals come to believe that they are the victims and victims are treated as criminals. Law enforcement pulls back, crime is everywhere and citizens lose hope as they are subjected to this injustice.
The prophet Habakkuk described it perfectly:
Habakkuk 1:2-4 (CHV) O LORD, how long shall I cry, and you will not hear! Even cry out to you about violence, and you will not save! Why do you show me iniquity, and cause me to behold grievance? For spoiling and violence are before me: and those who raise up strife and contention. Therefore the law is ignored, and justice never prevails: for the wicked do surround the righteous; therefore justice comes out perverted.
Right now, unrepentant arrogant people, who exercise great control over our world, believe that nothing can stop them. Truly, the inmates are running the prison.
This is why we need to understand how God is going to stop them. We need to see the answer that God has given already about how He is going to have a glorious Church.
So now, let’s look at the the Battle of Armageddon of the 7th plague, through the eyes of these five interludes
The five interludes
1st interlude - The Beast Loses Control of World Government (Re 17:1-18)
Revelation 17:12-14 (KJV) And the ten horns that you saw are ten kings, who have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength to the beast. They shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.
Daniel prophesied about it:
Daniel 2:44 (CHV)) And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up (establish) a kingdom, that shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.
He identifies what kingdom he is talking about:
Daniel 2:45 (KJV) The stone that you saw cut out of the mountain without hands, and broke in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold (world empires); the great God has made known to Nebuchadnezzar what shall come to pass in the future: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation is sure.
2nd interlude - The Beast Loses Control of the World Economic System (Re 18:1-24)
Revelation 18:1-2 (KJV) And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
3rd interlude - Rejoicing in heaven - World Is Free at Last (Re 19:1-5)
Revelation 19:1-2 (KJV) And after these things I heard a great voice of many people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honor, and power, to the Lord our God: For true and righteous are his judgments: for he has judged the great whore, who corrupted the earth with her fornication, and has avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.
4th interlude - Marriage supper of the lamb - The Bride is ready (Re 19:6-10
Revelation 19:8-9 (KJV) And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. And he said to me, Write, Blessed are they who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he said to me, These are the true sayings of God.
5th interlude - Rider on a white horse - Second Coming (Re 19:11-21)
The fifth interlude is describing the Second Coming of Christ. It does not happen during the tribulation; either pre-trib, mid-trib, or post-trib. It doesn’t happen at the end of the tribulation. It is the consummating event that happens at the end of the seven plagues of God’s wrath, when the 7th vial is poured out on satan’s kingdom. If the Church understood this, it would end most of the controversy about the tribulation that has been so distracting to us.
The prophets predicted this coming day
Judgement given to the saints:
Daniel 7:26-27 (KJV) But the court shall sit in judgment, and his dominion shall be taken away, to be consumed and destroyed to the end. And the kingdom and the dominion and the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven shall be given to the people of the saints of the Most High; their kingdom shall be an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey them.
The house of the Lord becomes highest mountain:
Micah 4:1-2 (CHV) But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established as the highest of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it. And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD.
God will not act alone in fulfilling these prophecies:
Isaiah 11:4 (CHV) He shall strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.
John Bunyan (1600’s) commenting on verse:
But how shall Christ by this rod, sword, or spirit of his mouth, consume this wicked, this mystery of iniquity? Not by himself immediately, but by his spirit and word in his church; the which he will use, and so manage in this work, that they shall not rest till he by them has brought this beast to his grave.
Even the media will be astounded when they see what is happening in this coming day.
God will bring distress on mankind:
Zephaniah 1:17-18 (CHV) I will bring distress on mankind, so that they shall walk like the blind, because they have sinned against the Lord; their blood shall be poured out like dust, and their flesh like dung. Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them on the day of the wrath of the Lord. In the fire of his jealousy, all the earth shall be consumed; for a full and sudden end he will make of all the inhabitants of the earth (those with the mark of the beast, who worship his image).
The slaves will plunder their captors:
Habakkuk 2:7-8 (CHV) Will not your debtors suddenly arise, and those awake who will make you tremble? Then you will be spoil for them. Because you have plundered many nations, all the remnant of the peoples shall plunder you, for the blood of man and violence to the earth, to cities and all who dwell in them.
The Lord will famish all the gods of the earth:
Zephaniah 2:9-11 (CHV) The remnant of my people shall plunder them, and the survivors of my nation shall possess them. This shall be their lot in return for their pride, because they taunted and boasted against the people of the Lord of hosts. The Lord will be awesome against them; for he will famish all the gods of the earth, and to him shall bow down, each in its place, all the lands of the nations.
A special promise is given to the Church in this hour
Under the souls of your fee:
Malachi 4:3 (KJV) And you shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, says the LORD of hosts
Nothing shall hurt you:
Luke 10:19 (CHV) Behold, I give to you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Once a nation comes to power, the only thing that can defeat it is an invasion from a foreign power
We have watched this all our lives
We especially saw it at the end of both world wars. At the Treaty of Versailles after WWI, Germany had to hand over all their colonies to the Allies. They also had to hand over 70,000 square km of land to them. After WWII, it was much more pervasive at the Paris peace treaties. Italy, Greece, Albania, Yugoslavia, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Romania, and Finland all had to agree to similar concessions.
We saw it again with the collapse of the USSR when they carved up the Balkans.
Wars have always ended with the victors moving in to claim the spoils of war.
But once all nations on earth merge into a one-world government, there will be only one authority that will decide the fate of all the nations and people on earth. There will no longer be a foreign power to invade it to change things.
What is happening today requires a foreign invasion from heaven to stop it.
Conclusion
God is going to have a glorious Church
The preacher said, I don’t know how He is going to do it. But we now know that the 7th Plague of God’s wrath gives the answer.
God will interrupt the plans of the arrogant:
Psalms 2:4-6 (CHV) He that sits in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak to them in his wrath, and terrify them in His fury saying, I have set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.
He will use His glorified Church to do it:
Psalms 2:9-12 (CHV) You (His Church) shall break them with a rod of iron; you shall dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel. Be wise now therefore, O you kings: be instructed, you judges of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and you perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.
We must occupy until He comes
We must keep up the fight. We need to stay in harness in politics, religion, education, but our deliverance will not ultimately come through those institutions.
Something is coming and many don’t know what to call it. Some are calling it a revival, an awakening, another reformation, a transformation. Some are even calling it a third great awakening. But I don’t think any of these terms really describe what John was seeing in his visions of the Trumpets and the Plagues of God’s wrath. It is really difficult for many to see what is in front of them, as long as they are looking through the rear view mirror.
God will be glorified in the earth
Right now, like our brother at the Grand Old Opry, most in the Church, don’t understand how He is going to do it, but we know what God has promised.
Moses appeared with Jesus at His transfiguration and speaks to us about it today:
Exodus 14:13-14 (CHV) And Moses said to the people, Do not fear, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, that He will show to you today: for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you shall see them again no more for ever. The LORD shall fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.
Holding our peace
Unlike the nations that are raging, we are to hold our peace. Commenting on every current event is probably becoming a distraction.
We shall rest in peace:
Isaiah 30:15 (CHV) For thus says the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall you be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength.
There is one who will not keep silent:
Psalms 50:3 (KJV) Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.
As He did it then, so shall God do for us today
Those who worship the beast today believe that God is no where to be found but they are being forced onto the battle field where God is waiting. There, He will bring plagues upon them and stop what they have been doing to our world. He will destroy all of their works and He will do it through us.
